Directions

  1. Cut pork into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with salt and starch.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a sauce pan and sauté the pork.
  3. Boil spinach and cut into chunks.

Tips

  • Komatsuna can be used instead of spinach.
