Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz ‏Seafood Mix
  • 3 ‏Large Leaves Lettuce
  • ¼ ‏Onion
  • 4 slices ‏Swiss Cheese
  • 4 leaves ‏Basil
  • 1 ‏Tomato
  • 2 tablespoons ‏Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ‏Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ‏Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons ‏Sesame Oil
  • 2 teaspoons ‏Sugar

Directions

  1. Boil seafood mix first and set aside.
  2. Wash lettuce and basil and cut them in bite-size.
  3. Slice Onion thinly then soak in water so its flavor doesn’t overpower.
  4. Cut cheese into ¼ inch slices.
  5. Mix soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add all ingredients to ramen and serve.

Tips

  • Cabbage or white radish can be used in place of lettuce.
