- 3.5 oz Seafood Mix
- 3 Large Leaves Lettuce
- ¼ Onion
- 4 slices Swiss Cheese
- 4 leaves Basil
- 1 Tomato
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 2 teaspoons Sugar

Directions
- Boil seafood mix first and set aside.
- Wash lettuce and basil and cut them in bite-size.
- Slice Onion thinly then soak in water so its flavor doesn’t overpower.
- Cut cheese into ¼ inch slices.
- Mix soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Add all ingredients to ramen and serve.
Tips
- Cabbage or white radish can be used in place of lettuce.
