Directions

  1. Cut bacon, mushroom, and eggplant into small pieces. Slice garlic.
  2. Cook garlic and red pepper in a saucepan. Then add bacon, eggplant, and mushrooms. Cook well, and add salt and pepper and serve over prepared ramen.

Tips

  • Vegetable oil can be used in place of olive oil.
  • Onion and broccoli can be added to this dish as well.
