- 6 Eggplant
- 1 can Tuna
- half pack Mushroom
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce

Directions
- Remove sthe green tops of the egglplant. Drain tuna. Slice mushrooms.
- Cook eggplants with butter in s sauce pan. Add mushrooms and tuna in a after a few minutes. Add soy sauce and remove from heat.
- Add ingredients to prepared ramen and serve.
Tips
- Cabbage and green peppers can be used instead of mushrooms.
- Ground pork can be used instead of tuna.
