  • 6 ‏Eggplant
  • 1 ‏can Tuna
  • half pack ‏Mushroom
  • 2 tablespoons ‏Butter
  • 2 teaspoons ‏Soy Sauce

Directions

  1. Remove sthe green tops of the egglplant. Drain tuna. Slice mushrooms.
  2. Cook eggplants with butter in s sauce pan. Add mushrooms and tuna in a after a few minutes. Add soy sauce and remove from heat.
  3. Add ingredients to prepared ramen and serve.

Tips

  • Cabbage and green peppers can be used instead of mushrooms.
  • Ground pork can be used instead of tuna.
